I am an Accounting Professor at Regent University, author, TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of The Ark NPS, a top-rated CPA firm. Gratitude is my secret weapon.
Gratitude does not mean pretending life is perfect. It means refusing to let what is missing make us blind to what is already present. It has carried me through hard seasons, kept success in perspective, and taught me to recognize ordinary moments as extraordinary gifts.
I had the privilege of carrying this message to the TEDx stage. It remains one of the clearest ways to understand who I am beyond the titles.
